Support Girls by Becoming a GEM Mentor!

This International Women’s Day, GEM is looking for women who are passionate about their work and who can share their knowledge and experience with a high school girl. If you have a few hours each month to spare, we encourage you to become a GEM mentor!

Your role as a mentor will provide valuable guidance and support that is tailored to the unique challenges and experiences that girls face. As a GEM mentor, you will be helping to build girls’ confidence and encourage them to pursue their goals and aspirations. Women mentoring girls allows important insights and advice on navigating issues such as gender bias and discrimination, helping them to develop the skills and resilience needed to succeed in their personal and professional lives.

This International Women’s Day, apply to become a GEM mentor in our September 2023 to May 2024 cohort. With over 300 applications from girls looking to join our next cohort, we need you to answer their call!
