Operations Manager
The Operations Manager supports the Executive Director in managing all facets of GEM’s operations including administrative policies, HR, IT, and Finance. The successful applicant will have a track record of managing multiple stakeholders across an organization to drive efficiencies, program delivery excellence, and improvements. This is a key role supporting the Executive Director and the Board of Directors and will require a detail oriented and tactical individual capable of supporting organization-wide planning, development, and communication activities, as needed.
Program Lead, Mentees
The Program Lead, Mentees is a passionate champion and advocate of GEMgirls in the program. This role works in close collaboration with the Mentor Lead to deliver all aspects of GEM’s mentorship program, ensuring the highest quality of experience and learnings for mentees.
Fundraising Lead
The Fundraising Lead is an exceptionally motivated fundraiser who will continue to build and manage GEM’s annual fundraising program with individuals, corporations, foundations, and events. Reporting to the Executive Director and the Board Engagement Committee, this role is responsible for the success of GEM’s fundraising revenues in support of the organization’s operations. The ideal candidate is a team player, and excellent project manager who will thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
