In achieving this, the Review looked at four key areas, or Pillars:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>GEM&#8217;s <strong>STRATEGY<\/strong> and mission statement<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GEM&#8217;s <strong>FINANCIAL<\/strong> position<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GEM&#8217;s <strong>GOVERNANCE<\/strong> structure and management operations<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>GEM&#8217;s <strong>IMPACT<\/strong> in our serviced market<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The process was based on an inclusive review of 745 areas of relevance to each of the four Pillars, assigning points based on how GEM meets a set of standard benchmarks. The source of the data for completion of the Review comes from government filings, questionnaires, and meetings with GEM.
