What does it mean to be a GEM Mentor?<\/h1>\n\t\t\t\t\t

Being a GEM Mentor means being a catalyst for the next generation of women in the workplace. Our Mentors \u2014 over 900 female professionals, each with 5+ years of experience \u2014 are passionate about sharing their knowledge and thrive when investing just a few hours a month engaging with their Mentees.

Having faced their own career barriers, our Mentors are driven to give back \u2014 offering time, encouragement, and insight to girls who need it the most.
