GEM alumnae recently spent the morning with Scotiabank’s Digital, Data & Analytics team for an interactive career exploration and networking experience, made possible through ScotiaRISE, the Bank’s community investment initiative.
Following a career panel, alumnae moved through four learning corners focused on AI & Data, LinkedIn, Diverse Career Paths, and Design & Product. In small groups, they had the opportunity to connect directly with professionals across Scotiabank, hear candid insights about their career journeys, ask questions and expand their understanding of the roles and pathways available across the industry.
For GEM, creating opportunities like these is an important part of how we continue supporting our alumnae beyond the mentorship program — opening doors to new networks, perspectives and possibilities as they navigate their education and careers.
